About Us
Kristen & Greg both have tech backgrounds and started their careers in Silicon Valley. To create alternative income streams, they started venturing into real estate back in 2015 with a house-hack in the Bay Area. Soon after, they expanded into out-of-state single family home rentals.
As they grew their experience and network, they started investing into larger multifamily and commercial properties.
Now they are looking to further grow their portfolio by exploring new projects, building a community of like-minded people, and sharing their experiences.
